For those of you who want to stay the night in Tagaytay before or after the wedding, here are some places you may want to consider.
Evercrest Golf Resort
Evercrest is right across Chapel on the Hill, the ceremony venue. It's got a lot of rooms and has friendly staff. The only downside to the place is that it's quite old, and when we went there for a site visit, my sensitive, OC nostrils detected a cockroach-y presence. The carpets smelled kind of moldy as well, but I was hoping this was just because of the damp weather. We only visited one room since the day we were there, a convention was going on and all the other rooms were occupied.
Why not try to see it yourself? Things may have been improved already. :) Be sure to call so you can get the "real" rates, hehe
Hotel Dominique
This hotel is very new. Its pretty casitas and cabanas have terraces and nice wood interiors. Since the place is new, it's a bit pricey but I think it's well worth the money!

Tagaytay Country Hotel
The bridal entourage and the families will be staying here from the 17th February til the 19th February. It's about 20 minutes from the ceremony venue. It's fairly new, well kept, and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Rates are extremely affordable too.
Plus, the thing I appreciate most about them, is the fact that their site works! hahahaha.
Dely's Place
Dely's Place is a big house with airconditioned rooms for rent. The rooms can accommodate up to three people, has its own bathroom, and kitchenette. They're very affordable, and best of all, it's located right at the doorstep of the reception venue! So when you're all tipsy with wine, it won't be difficult for you to find your bed!

Each room has an airconditioner, heater, bed, own bathroom and clothes cabinets. Unfortunately they don't have a tv and ref. Check in is at 2pm and check out time is 12 noon.
If these suggestions don't seem satisfactory, you can always try checking the other, more popular places like Taal Vista (newly-renovated), Days Hotel, the posh Discovery Country Suites, or Sonya's Garden. :)
